This is the month when the bees rest in winter ball. If we followed the advices from the previous months and were guided by our experience we can expect that our swarm is going to spend the winter peacefully.

There is nothing that needs to be done on the bee-hive yard, but it doesn't mean necessarily that we have to forget all about it. Everything that is written here for the month of January applies in the same way for the month of December.

This month means a bit of relaxation, gives us time to overview all our work done during the year and it can also help us to come to certain conclusions regardless of the fact that we lived up to our expectations or not. Unfortunately, we often learn on our own mistakes lately, especially how to overcome the global heating and its influence on bee swarms.That's why we should learn more about their way of life, about the growth of plants....
